Services
Link Associates provides a full continuum of services individually tailored to meet each person's and their families need. The people we serve can be in multiple services or just participate in one. To be eligible for services, each person must have a diagnosis of intellectual disability and frequently other mental and physical disabilities as well.
The consumers who choose our services have a dramatic range of abilities and Link's staff of over 300 professionals works side-by-side with each to them achieve their personal goals. For some consumers, this includes job training, for others it is 24 hours/365 day support.
Current services options include:
Residential Services – provides daily life skills training and support in each person's chosen living arrangement. The Residential Services program is designed to provide support, opportunity, and experience to maximize your ability to be independent and to be part of the community you live in. There are choice in a variety of settings including licensed group home and apartments throughout the community.
Day/Vocational Services – provides a variety of options to meet each persons needs for guidance, support, instruction, and wage earning. The programs are designed to provide meaningful work experiences in a variety of environments along with the support necessary to ensure success.
Transportation – offers safe and affordable options to consumers accessing their day program and community sites. Link Associates provides transportation to our consumers in a number of different ways. Each person's team determines the necessary arrangements.
Case Management – ensures the development and the implementation of consumer and family focused programs. These services also ensure consumers assistance to identify, secure, and sustain necessary resources This includes coordinating with other agencies, assessing needs, developing appropriate individual plans and assisting consumers in accessing the resources available to them.
Respite– provides respite care in the family home.
Leisure - provide leisure opportunities, experiences and education for individuals with special needs. The program is a community-based, year round program offering a wide variety of selection in sports, fitness, arts, culture, travel, etc.
