Special Olympics softball assessments have been rescheduled to be done at the all participant practice on June 9th from 6:30-8:00 pm at the Sunrise Park in Ankeny. All participants will practice June 9th and 11th and will be sent home with additional information as to what night they will practice for the rest of the season, either Tuesdays or Thursdays.
For those that will be traveling to the Raccoon River Nature Lodge for any of our programs, like Let’s Go Fishing on June 5th, 2009 please be advised that there is road construction and Grand Avenue is closed is some parts. You may be able to access the Raccoon River Park by taking 80/35 to the 69A exit taking you east on Grand.
